  • A flat ₹60 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999 anywhere in India.
  • We aim to offer affordable delivery without compromising on speed or safety.

Delivery Times

  • Major Cities: Orders usually arrive within 3–4 working days.
  • Rest of India: Delivery may take 7–8 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or contact our Customer Support Team for updates.

Handling Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or video proof. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after review (refer the Return & Refund policy for details).

  • Missing Items: If any item from your order is missing, notify us immediately with proof (photos or videos). Our team will help resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
