1. Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where issues occur, please note the following:

No Returns on Delivered, Opened, or Used Products

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, opened, or used.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you receive is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Product Sensitivities

Fragrance experiences differ from person to person. Since skin sensitivities vary, we cannot accept returns based on reactions to specific ingredients. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before use.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under eligible and verified conditions. Kindly follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or replacement may be initiated for:

  • Damaged or broken products

  • Leaked items

  • Incorrect or missing items

All claims must be supported with a clear unboxing video showing the parcel in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting proofs (photos/videos).

Non-Delivery Issues

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
Claims raised after this period cannot be processed.

Our internal team will investigate and provide a resolution within 3–4 business days.

Refund Processing Time
  • Verification of claims: 4–7 business days

  • Refund credit to the original payment method: 5–6 business days

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Leaked

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

All issues must be reported within 24–36 hours of receiving the product along with a mandatory unboxing video.

Once verified, a return, replacement, or refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or unused products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
A 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
If a prepaid order is returned after dispatch, a handling fee of ₹60 will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Time for Cancelled Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
